Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of iiskills.cloud, the digital learning platform of the Indian Institute of Professional Skills Development ("IISKILLS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in courses, or using any services on iiskills.cloud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IISKILLS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Fees

Our courses are priced at ₹99 + GST per course, unless otherwise stated. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are provided only in cases of technical errors that prevent access to course content, at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to info@iiskills.cloud.

5. Course Access and Content

5.1 License to Use

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell course materials.

5.2 Course Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to purchased courses, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

5.3 Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, videos, images, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of IISKILLS, AI Cloud Enterprises, or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course (as defined by course requirements), you will receive a digital certificate. Certificates are for personal use and professional development. IISKILLS does not guarantee recognition of our certificates by third-party organizations or employers.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or IISKILLS staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and courses are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IISKILLS, AI Cloud Enterprises, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct on the platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IISKILLS, AI Cloud Enterprises, and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IISKILLS regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
